Why choose organic cotton?
Organic cotton cultivation is both the most ecological and the most ethical. Organic cotton is grown without pesticides, insecticides, chemical fertilizers and without GMOs. As organic cotton does not use any pesticides, its cultivation requires much less water. Indeed, the use of pollutants requires large quantities of water to then dilute them. In addition, the soils are richer in organic matter and therefore better retain rainwater. In addition, growers use natural fertilizers and insecticides that do not harm surrounding ecosystems, damage soils, or cause toxicity to humans.
GLOBAL RECYCLED STANDARD
The GRS standard aims to check the recycled content of intermediate and finished products. This is to ensure that company manufacturing processes as well as social and environmental practices are sustainable and responsible. It guarantees the rigorousness and accuracy of the certification awarded.
